Adding or editing a listing

Describe a listing, choose the units it sells, set its price and stay rules, add photos and publish it.

What this page is for

Everything guests see and book for one listing: text, units, guests and space, price, stay rules, arrival times, policies, location, amenities, taxes and photos. The side panel shows the status, what is still missing and the change history.

Who can use it

How to set up a listing

  1. Enter the Title and choose the Type.
  2. Under Units it sells, tick one unit (single unit) or several identical units (room type).
  3. Enter the Nightly price and Guests included in the price.
  4. Select Save. New listings start as drafts.
  5. Add photos under Photos and tick the cover photo.
  6. Select Publish.

How to publish or take it offline

Select Publish in the Status panel. A listing needs at least one unit and a nightly price. Take offline returns it to draft; Archive hides it for good. Neither cancels reservations.

FAQs

Can a unit be in two listings? No. That would let the same night be sold twice.

Where do I set seasonal prices? On Rates and availability.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
"A single-unit listing sells exactly one unit." Tick one unit, or change the type to Room type.
"Another listing already uses this web address." Choose another web address.
"Add at least one unit and a nightly price before publishing." Fill in both and save, then publish.
