Rates and availability

The nightly price, free units and stay rules for each listing, month by month, with changes by date range and seasonal prices.

What this page is for

See and change what guests are offered for each night: the price, how many units are free, whether the night is on sale, and the stay rules. Change a single night or a whole range, and add seasonal prices.

Who can use it

How to change a date range

  1. Choose the listing and month, then select Show.
  2. Under Change a date range, enter From and To. Tick weekdays to change only those days.
  3. Enter what to change: price, on sale, shortest or longest stay, arrivals, departures. Leave the rest blank or on "Leave as it is".
  4. Select Apply.

To undo, tick Remove my changes on these nights and apply. The nights go back to the listing and seasonal prices.

How to add a seasonal price

Under Seasonal prices, enter a name, dates and nightly price, optionally weekdays and stay limits, then select Add seasonal price. When two overlap, the higher Priority wins.
