What this page is for
Set the cancellation policies your listings can use. Three examples are ready to use: Flexible, Moderate (the default) and Strict. Each reservation keeps a copy of the policy it was booked with.
Who can use it
Manage prices and policies is needed (by default Admin and Manager).
How to add a policy
- Under Add a policy, enter a name.
- Add refund rules: for example 30 days and 100%, then 7 days and 50%. A guest who cancels fewer days before arrival than every rule gets nothing back.
- Or tick Non-refundable.
- Tick Default for new listings if it should be the default.
- Select Save.
