Owner stay requests

Approve or decline owners' requests to block dates at their own properties.

What this page is for

Owners ask in the owner portal to block dates for their own stays. Here you approve them, which blocks the dates on the calendar and the channels, or decline them with a reason.

Who can use it

Approve or decline owner stay requests (by default Admin and Operations). You see requests for the properties you can access.

How to

  1. Open Owner stay requests. Waiting for approval shows first, soonest check-in at the top.
  2. Select Approve to block the dates. A blocked booking named "Owner stay" is created.
  3. To decline, type a Reason and select Decline. The owner sees the reason.
  4. Use the status buttons to see approved, declined and cancelled requests.

Does an owner stay count in occupancy? No. Blocked nights are not sold nights.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
"Some of these nights are already booked." Talk to the owner about other dates, then decline.
