What this page is for
Write an invoice. It is saved as a draft; nothing is sent and no number is used until you issue it.
Who can use it
Create, issue and send invoices (by default Admin, Finance and Front desk).
How to write an invoice
- Under Bill to, choose the customer type and enter the name. Add email, tax number and address when you have them.
- Check the currency. Optionally choose the unit, the period and a due date.
- Fill in the lines: type, description, quantity, price and tax. Empty rows are ignored.
- Select Save draft, then Issue on the next page.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |

| Customer type | Guest, Tenant, Company, Owner or Other. Used to group money owed. |
| Name, Email, Tax number, Address | Printed on the invoice. The email is where it is sent. |
| Currency | The invoice currency. |
| Due date | Left empty, the payment terms set it when issued. |
| Quantity, Price | Price per unit. A negative price makes a discount line. |
| Tax | A tax rate from Tax rates. Percentage taxes are worked out on the line; an included tax is already in the price. |
Statuses and automation
The totals are worked out when you save: net, tax per rate, and total.
