What this page is for
Run your public booking website. Published listings appear on it straight away, with your logo and colours from Branding. From here you open the site, add your own web address, choose what the home page features, look after destinations, and find where to change the words and legal pages.
Who can use it
- Manage booking website content opens the page and changes featured listings and destinations (by default Admin and Sales).
- Manage booking website addresses and settings is needed to add or remove web addresses (by default Admin).
- The module is part of the Booking website package.
How to put the website on your own address
- Create a DNS record for the address (for example book.example.com) pointing to this server. Your host or IT team can help.
- Under Web addresses, enter the address without https:// and select Add.
- Open the address in a browser. It shows Active since after the first visit.
The website also always works at the address shown at the top of the card.
How to choose the home page listings
Tick up to eight listings under Featured on the home page and select Save. With none ticked, your most complete listings are shown.
How to look after destinations
Destinations are made from the towns on your listings, every night and when you publish a listing. Select Update from listings to do it now. Open a destination to rename it, write an introduction, set its map position, or show it first.
Destinations can sit inside each other (for example a division, then a city, then a neighbourhood). Add one with Add an area, choose its Inside destination, then pick the area on each listing. Searching a destination also finds everything inside it.
How to add pages and collections
- Under Pages, select Add a page. Give it a title, an address (for example
about), the text, and tick Published. Tick Show in footer to link it at the bottom of every page. Use pages for About us, How it works, FAQs and similar. - Under Collections, select Add a collection. A collection is a saved search: pick nightly or monthly, types of place, a tag, or a destination. Tick Show in menu to put it in the top menu.
- Select Delete to remove a page or collection. Listings are not affected.

Statuses and automation
- Guests can only see and book published listings.

- A guest confirmation creates a reservation, a booking and the confirmation email with a private manage link.
- Security headers, rate limits and an optional hidden security check protect the website.
Settings that change this page
