What this page is for
Every reservation made for a listing. Each one is also a booking in your bookings list, so housekeeping, front desk and finance see it like any other booking.
Who can use it
- View reservations opens the page (by default Admin, Manager and Front desk).
- Change reservations is needed for New reservation.
How to find a reservation
Filter by Status, Listing or arrival dates and select Filter. Select the reference to open it. Choose Need moving (overbooked) to see guests whose unit was booked twice.
Fields and columns
| Column | Meaning |

| Reference | The code the guest sees in emails. |
| Guest | Lead guest name. |
| Listing, Unit | What was booked and the unit the guest stays in. |
| Dates | Check-in and check-out. |
| Total | The price including fees and taxes. |
| Status | See below. A red Overbooked label means the guest must be moved. |
Statuses and automation
- Waiting for payment: nights are held until it is paid.
- Requested: waiting for your approval.
- Confirmed: booked.
- Cancelled by guest or Cancelled by host: nights are free again.
- Declined, Expired: never confirmed.
- No-show: the guest did not arrive.
- Completed: set automatically after check-out.
When another channel books the same unit and nights, the reservation is marked overbooked and the people in the overbooking alert setting get an email.

Where is the booking? Open the reservation and select Open booking.
