What this page is for
Every employee starts each month at 100. Points come off for expenses entered late, check-ins and check-outs not done or done late, and not signing in regularly; on-time tasks add a few back. The score sets the monthly reward.
Who can use it
See your own performance score (every staff role) shows only your row. See everyone's performance scores (Admin and Operations) shows the whole team. Change the performance rules (Admin) opens Rules.
How to
- Choose a month and select Show. The current month is shown first.
- Select a name to see where every point came from.
- Admins: select Rules to change the numbers.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rank | Highest score first. |
| Score | 0 to 100. Green from 90, amber from 70, red below. A lock means the month is final. |
| Reward | The bonus pool times the share of the score above the starting score (settings). |
| Tasks not done | Check-ins and check-outs given to the person that were never done. |
Statuses and automation
- An open month is worked out live, so it changes as work is done.
- A month stays open until the end of the grace day of the next month (setting, 3 by default), so late entries can still be fixed. Then its scores are locked and no longer change.
- Only the parts of the score whose modules are on count: no check-in and check-out points without housekeeping.

FAQs
Who is scored? Active members marked Employee on their user page. System accounts are never scored.
Why did my score drop after the month ended? Late entries made during the grace days still count for that month.
