What this page is for
See your own properties: the monthly figures, finalised statements, payments and what is still owed to you, the stays and the expenses.
Who can use it
Owners invited by their property manager.
How to use it
- Overview shows each property for the month: gross, expenses and what is due to you. Use the arrows or pick a month.
- Months not finalised yet show Estimate: figures can still change. Finalised months show Final and a PDF statement.
- Bookings lists the stays checking in during the month; Expenses the costs charged to your properties.
- Statements lists every finalised month with what was paid and what is still owed.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |

| Gross | What guests paid for stays checking in that month. |
| Platform fees, management fee | Shown when your manager chooses to. |
| Expenses | Costs for your properties. |
| Due to owner | Your share for the month, by your agreement. |
| Still owed to you | Everything due to you so far, minus everything paid. |
Statuses and automation
Your statement is final once your manager finalises the month.
Settings that change this page
Your manager decides whether you see guest names, receipts, platform fees and the management fee.

Why does the current month change? It is an estimate until the month is finalised.
A figure looks wrong. Contact your property manager with the month and property.
