What this page is for
Know where every key is. Keys are issued at check-in and returned (or marked lost) at check-out.
Who can use it
View the front desk opens it; Manage the key register adds, changes and removes keys.
How to add a key
Choose the unit, give the key a label (for example Front door 1), choose key, card or access code, and select Add.
How to fix a key's status
Change Status and select the tick button. Setting a key to Available clears who had it.
Fields and columns
