What this page is for
Your dashboard shows cards from the core system and from every module that is switched on. Here you choose which cards you want to see and put them in the order that suits your work. The change affects only your own dashboard.
Who can use it
Everyone who is signed in, for their own dashboard. The list only contains cards your role allows you to see.
How to customise
- Untick a card to hide it, or tick it to show it.
- Use the up and down arrows to move a card.
- Select Save. You return to the dashboard.
To undo everything, select Back to the standard layout.
Fields and columns
| Item | Meaning |

| Tick box | Ticked cards are shown on your dashboard. |
| Icon and name | The card. |
| Arrows | Move the card one place up or down. |
Statuses and automation
- Cards of new modules appear at the end of your dashboard automatically. Move or hide them here.
- If a module is switched off, its card disappears. Your position for it is remembered for when it comes back.

Which cards exist depends on the modules that are on (Modules) and on your role (Roles and permissions).
FAQs
Does this change what my colleagues see? No.
I hid every card by mistake. Open this page again and tick the cards, or select Back to the standard layout.
