Everything about one partner: the next step in their onboarding, their terms, documents, team and money.
Who can use it
See marketplace partners to view. Approve partners and check their documents to accept, activate, change terms and open documents. Suspend and offboard partners to suspend, reactivate or offboard.
How to
- Applied: read the application, then select Accept and invite to the partner area. The partner gets an email invitation; you also see the link.
- Checking documents: open each document, then Mark checked. When the agreement is accepted and at least one document is checked, select Activate.
- To stop a partner selling, type a reason and select Suspend (listings go offline) or Offboard (for good). The partner sees the reason.
- Change the money terms under Details and terms and select Save.
Fields and columns

| Name guests see, Legal name | The public name, and the name for contracts, payouts and invoices. |
| Money | Whether you collect guests' money and pay the partner, or the partner collects and you invoice your commission. |
| Payouts | How often you prepare payouts: weekly, monthly or after each check-in. |
| Account number | Shown masked; only the bank file shows it in full. |
| Documents | Uploaded by the partner, kept private. Check each one. |
| Account | Bookings, commission, refunds and payouts, with what is owed either way. |
Statuses and automation
Every change is recorded in the audit log. The partner's team is notified when their account is activated, suspended or reactivated.
Settings that change this page
Partner agreement version: when you raise it, partners must accept the new version.
FAQs
Can I change the money terms later? Yes. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms they had.
