Fields and columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Withdrawn | Money taken out of the bank. |
| Deposited | Money paid into the bank. |
| Net cash taken out | Withdrawn minus deposited: what the person took out and still holds or spent. |
| Original amount | The amount in its own currency, when it differs from the report currency. |
Statuses and automation
Each amount is converted at its own month's exchange rate. Amounts without a rate are left out and a warning shows.
Settings that change this page
The system currency (base currency under Settings).
FAQs
Which currency are the amounts in? Always the system currency (the base currency under Settings). Amounts recorded in another currency are converted at the exchange rate of their month. An amount whose month has no rate is left out and a warning with a link to Exchange rates appears; currencies are never added together or shown as separate totals.
Who is in the Unassigned row? Every amount with no person recorded, the Unassigned holder used for unpaid bookings, and people who are not members of your organisation (for example someone only known from imported data). They are added up in one row, so the per-person figures always add up to the total. People who left keep their own name.
Does this include transfers between staff? No. See Transfers or Cash in hand.
