What this page is for
Enter what you aim for each month, so the management dashboard and the MIS pack can show how the business is doing against plan.
Who can use it
Set management targets and the MIS email (by default Admin).
How to
- Choose the Year (pick it from the list, or step a year back or on with the arrows) and what the targets are For (the whole portfolio, or one property group or building), then select Show.
- Type a target in any month of any measure. Leave a box empty for no target; empty a box to remove a target.
- Select Save.
Fields and columns

| Measure | A measure from the management dashboard. Margin appears when revenue and expenses are both available. |
| Jan to Dec | The target for that month. Money is in your base currency, such as 12500.00. Percentages are plain numbers, such as 75 for 75%. Ratings are out of 10. Counts are whole numbers. |
Statuses and automation
Money targets are converted to the currency you view the dashboard in, at that month's exchange rate. Every change is recorded in the audit log.

Your organisation's base currency sets the currency of money targets.
FAQs
Do group targets add up to the portfolio target? No. Each scope has its own targets; set the portfolio target separately.
Can I copy last year's targets? Not yet; type them in, or export the dashboard to Excel and use it as a guide.
Troubleshooting

| "The value format is invalid" | Use digits with an optional decimal point, such as 12500.50. Commas between thousands are fine. |
| A measure is missing | It comes from a module that is turned off. |
