What this page is for
Every repair and maintenance job. Emergencies and high-priority jobs are listed first, then by the time they must be fixed by. The sidebar shows how many urgent jobs are open.
Who can use it
See maintenance tickets (by default Admin, Operations, Maintenance, Staff, Finance and Viewer). Report a maintenance problem to add one. Assign and progress tickets (Admin, Operations, Maintenance) to run them; the person a job is given to can move it along too.
How to find your jobs
- Tick Given to me, or choose a unit, priority or status, and select Filter.
- Tick Late only to see jobs that missed their target.
- Select a job to open it.
Fields and columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Priority | Low, Medium, High or Emergency. It sets the response and fix targets. |
| Status | New, Assigned, In progress, Waiting, Completed, Closed or Cancelled. |
| Fix by | When the job must be completed. Red with Late when it has passed. |
Statuses and automation
- Every 15 minutes, jobs past their response or fix target are marked Late and the people who run maintenance are told, once per job.
- Reporting a High or Emergency job tells them straight away.
