What this page is for
Each feature that uses AI is listed here, for example the website concierge, home matching, and each AI agent. You decide whether it may use AI and which connections it tries.
Who can use it
Set up AI connections and features (by default Admin).
How to route a feature
- Find the feature. Tick On to let it use AI, or untick it to use only its simple fallback.
- Under Try 1, Try 2 and Try 3, choose connections in the order to try them. Leave Try 1 on "Every active connection" to use all of them in their order.
- Optionally type a Model to use instead of the connection's model.
- Select Save.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| On | Whether the feature may use AI at all. |
| Try 1, 2, 3 | Connections in the order they are tried. A failing or over-budget connection is skipped. |
| Model | Optional model name for this feature only, for example a cheaper model for short tasks. |
Statuses and automation
Features appear when the module that owns them is switched on, and disappear when it is off. A feature with no working connection quietly uses its fallback; nothing else stops.
Settings that change this page
Modules: switching on the AI concierge, AI agents and other AI modules adds their features here.
FAQs
What happens when AI is off for a feature? It uses the plain version: keyword search instead of matching, templates instead of drafts, rules instead of AI checks.
Can I keep guest messages away from outside services? Yes. Route those features to Local AI only.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The page is empty | No AI feature is switched on. Switch on the AI concierge or AI agents under Modules. |
| A feature never uses AI | Check it is On, its connections are Active and tested, and their budgets are not used up. |
